Buckled wheels

Hitting a pothole or an object on the road can cause a buckled wheel. This is likely to present as shuddering in the steering wheel or felt through the seat. We repair inside and outside buckles on a professional Buckle Repair Machine.

Gutter Rash

Scraping your wheel against a curb is unsettling. Depending on the severity we may have to weld the holes to fill them prior to machining the face of the wheel, effectively erasing the gutter rash.

Cracked wheel

Depending on the quantity, type and severity of the crack(s) in the rim, we can repair these by prepping, welding and sealing the crack. Request a quote to find out if we can fix your cracked rim.

Paint Peeling

A bad paint job can result in the paint not bonding properly to the wheel – there are a number of reasons for this. We repair paint peeling by removing the unsightly paint down to the base alloy. We prep, prime and paint the wheel back to its intended state in our professional paint booth.

Recondition your wheels to ‘like new’.

Machined Face Wheels

We return Machined Face wheels to a factory finish on our professional CNC Wheel lathe. All machined wheels are clear coated to protect and seal the face and wheel.

Paint colour matching

We make use of an OEM paint database and our skilled Automotive painters to match the original colour of your wheels. After thorough prepping, wheels are painted in our Professional paint booth as well as being sealed with a clear coat. We are able to match all finishes including shadow chrome.
